Pacific Heights is a San Francisco neighborhood that offers panoramic views of the Presidio and the bay, including the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. The area is generally much less foggy and overcast than the surrounding areas. Perhaps this, coupled with its subsequently accessible views, is why Pacific Heights is one of the most expensive places to live in the city.
