There's an In-N-Out in SF! It's in Fisherman's Wharf.
It is one of the few fast food restaurants in the area. The Anchorage had turned down other similar restaurants, but In-N-Out was accepted. The managing partner of the nearby Cannery shopping center, Chris Martin, was quoted in an sfgate article as saying, "Ordinarily, all of us would be up in arms about a fast-food operation coming to Fisherman's Wharf. This is different."
