Herbivore is a vegan restaurant that is cleverly disguised as a non-vegan restaurant, with its shawarma, tacos, sandwiches, etc. They've even got ice cream!

Food reviewer Gabriel Roth has quipped, about Herbivore, "I was tired of food tasting good anyway".
