It's a small shop located in a back alley in Chinatown. The word "factory" is deceiving in that it's really just two old ladies who sit and fold cookie after cookie after cookie by hand. It's neat to see how the cookies are made, though, and you can score a huge bag of fresh fortune cookies for a couple of bucks.
They also offer bags of "naughty" fortune cookies.
