The city of Emeryville is located across the bay, and is perhaps best known to San Francisco residents as the home of the nearest IKEA. The city offers a free shuttle from the MacArthur BART and the Emeryville Amtrak stations that services some of the city's business parks, hotels, schools and shopping areas — and yes, this includes IKEA.
